Avondale Estates

 

-Infant 3 months 

-Guaranteed 40 hours/week

-8:30-4:30 M-F

-Paid Federal Holidays in addition to sick and personal days to be discussed 

-$20/hr with a 50¢ increase every 3 months to max out at $22/hr

-Strict COVID precautions with a monthly COVID test 

 

Will eventually turn into a nanny share when the right family is found. The share will pay $26.66/hr

 

Start Date: January 2021 

 

Qualifications

 

-Gentle infant sleep training 

-strong and glowing references from relevant and recent employers 

-Knowledgeable about appropriate infant developmental milestones 

-Enjoys the outdoors (baby likes lots of walks and outside time)

-Comfortable with a mother who works in healthcare outside the home (indirectly with patients) and also comfortable with a WFH Dad 

-Must have experience with multiples

-25+ years of age to apply 

-5 years of relevant professional nanny experience in private homes 

 

-Seeking a one year commitment
